Sue's Open Faced Chicken Sandwich
Servings 1 This recipe comes to us from Paul’s neighbor Sue Kerpius. It’s a quick and tasty lunch favorite for the whole household!
- To make Haba Haba sandwich spread: Mix together equal parts of Paul’s Haba Haba and mayonaise (use more or less mayonaise as desired). Extra spread can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge —its great on all kids of sandwiches and wraps!
- To assemble sandwich: Coat ciabatta bread with Haba Haba sandwich spread. Add layer of lettuce, then sliced chicken. Top with Onion and tomato. Drizzle with additional Haba Haba hot sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
